Step 1. Are you sweating under your face mask?
When sweat (Moisture) is trapped inside of your mask, and added to the heat in the mask. Your skin might react to it and give you rashes, redness or even breakouts. Let's do quick wipe before your session
Step 2. Wash Wash Wash and Wash.
I can't stress enough about how important washing your face is for your skin. Most of gyms did not open shower facilities yet, so it is essential to wash yourself immediately after you come home. Clean off excessive skin with salicylic acid and cleanse your pores as well with micro brush if available. |

Step 3 Protect yourself with moisturizers.
Toners, Essence, Serum, and Cream. There are many variations of moisturizers and everyone have their own routines. But one thing that you should not forget is to put facial cream at the end of your routine. Facial cream will help you stay moisturized and also protect you from outside influences. |
